You Know What This Feels Like

You were an athlete once.

Maybe high school sports. College athletics. Military service. Or just someone who took fitness seriously.

You knew what discipline looked like. What consistency felt like. What it meant to push through when things got hard.

Then COVID hit. Your gym closed. Your routine shattered. Or maybe it was the promotion. The demanding project. The family crisis that required everything.

And somehow, four years later, you still haven't found your way back.

Not because you don't know what to do. You know exactly what to do.

But knowing and doing are different things when you're managing career demands, family responsibilities, and everything else on your plate.

You're 20, 30, maybe 40 pounds heavier than your 'fighting weight.' Exhausted by 2pm. Frustrated because the person who could handle anything feels... gone.

(Not actually gone. Just dormant.)

For busy professionals and athletes who want sustainable results without fad diets or cookie-cutter programs, I highly recommend Victoria and her team. This program works!

HEAR FROM OUR PAST PARTICIPANTS

This Isn't About Learning Discipline.

It's About Reconnecting With It.

Reignite: The Foundation is designed specifically for high-achieving professionals who were once athletes.

Not beginners. Not people who need hand-holding.

People who already understand what discipline looks like - they just need structure and accountability to apply it back to themselves.

Six weeks to reestablish your athletic foundation through:

The Core 5 Daily Habits

Not arbitrary tasks. Athletic fundamentals applied to professional life.

Structured Accountability

Weekly group coaching with peers who get it. No judgment, just support.

Evidence-Based Approach

No fads, no BS, no transformation promises. Just what actually works.

Efficiency First

Designed for people who refuse to waste

time on approaches that don't work.

Progressive Challenge

80% consistency beats 100% perfection.

We build sustainable, not extreme.

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with who you already are.

What Changes in Six Weeks

This isn't about transformation photos.

It's about reclaiming the energy, clarity, and physical capacity that impacts everything else you do.

Former athletes who complete The Foundation report:

  • Energy that lasts past 2pm - No more afternoon crashes derailing your productivity

  • Mental clarity for decisions - The fog lifts when your body is taken care of

  • Sleep quality improvements - Finally getting restorative rest

  • Stress resilience - Handling pressure without falling apart

  • Physical confidence - Feeling capable in your body again

  • The sense that 'you're back' - Reconnected with the person who could push through anything

And yes, weight loss happens. Most participants lose 5-12 pounds.

But more importantly: you remember what it feels like to be unstoppable.

✓ This IS for you if:

  • You were once an athlete (any level - the point is you've experienced discipline)

  • You're a high-achieving professional managing career demands

  • You know what to do but need structure to actually do it

  • You're ready to commit to daily consistency (80% minimum)

  • You want evidence-based approaches, not fads

  • You value efficiency and refuse to waste time

  • You're willing to invest in yourself

  • You're ready to reconnect with the athlete who's still in you

✗ This is NOT for you if:

  • You've never had an athletic background or experienced disciplined routines

  • You're looking for quick fixes or transformation promises

  • You want hand-holding on basic concepts

  • You're not willing to commit to daily habits

  • You prefer extreme approaches over sustainable ones

  • You're looking for the cheapest option

  • You're not coachable or resistant to structure

Athletic Background: Competitive beach volleyball player for over two decades and collegiate volleyball athlete at Loyola University Chicago. Victoria's athletic journey includes completing RAGBRAI (nearly 500 miles biking across Iowa), multiple triathlons, and a lifelong passion for strength training. Why Victoria Created Reignite

"I watched COVID shatter routines for so many driven professionals who were once incredibly active. Four years later, they're still struggling to find their way back. Not because they lack discipline - they built successful careers on it. But they need structure designed specifically for people reconnecting with athletic foundations, not starting from scratch.

Reignite exists because former athletes deserve a program that respects their intelligence, their time, and their history."

Madi Bennett

Co-founder, Coach

Athletic Background: Competitive obstacle course athlete specializing in Spartan Races and collegiate soccer player. Madi is constantly pushing her endurance limits, focused on running faster and farther while maintaining the strength and agility required for technical obstacle racing. Her approach to movement reflects a deep understanding of what it takes to balance ambitious athletic goals with sustainable training practices.

Madi's Approach

"I work with clients who understand what discipline looks like but need support implementing it in demanding professional lives. This isn't about teaching basics - it's about creating the accountability structure that makes consistency automatic again."

Hannah Daugherty

Coach

Athletic Background: Competitive basketball player for more than a decade, with additional experience in 5Ks, 10Ks, sprint triathlons, a half-marathon, and CrossFit. In 2018, a torn ECU tendon sidelined her for months of physical therapy and recovery. That experience shaped her current focus: functional, effective strength training, increased mobility, and moving well for the long haul.

Hannah's Approach

"I believe that motivation is a facet that will fluctuate with time, but consistency is something that can be maintained. One's overall health and wellbeing are pieces and parts of a framework that can be developed with solid structure and continual accountability – especially if the foundation is already there."

FAQ

"I don't have time for this right now."

That's exactly why this is designed the way it is. The Core 5 takes 45-60 minutes daily maximum. You're already spending that much time scrolling, in unproductive meetings, or worrying about your health. This is about redirecting time, not finding new time.

"What if I miss a day?"

You will. That's built into the 80% completion expectation. Life happens. Work explodes. Family needs you. We're not looking for perfection - we're building sustainable consistency.

"I've tried programs before and failed."

Were those programs designed for previously active people? This is different because it assumes you already know what discipline looks like - you just need structure to apply it.

"Can I do this with my schedule?"

If you can't find 45-60 minutes daily and attend one 60-minute group call weekly, this isn't the right time. But if you're honest - you have the time. You're just not prioritizing yourself. That's what we're here to change.

"What's the time commitment?"

● Daily habits: 45-60 minutes

● Weekly group call: 60 minutes (Mondays, recorded if you miss)

● Weekly planning: 15-20 minutes

"Do I need a gym membership?"

No. We provide home/bodyweight options. If you have gym access, great. If not, no problem.

"What if I have dietary restrictions?"

Meal plans include vegetarian, pescatarian, and omnivore options at multiple calorie levels. We can work with most restrictions.

"Is this just for weight loss?"

No. Weight loss happens, but the focus is reestablishing your athletic foundation - energy, clarity, capacity, discipline. The physical changes follow.

"What happens after 6 weeks?"

You have options: Continue independently with what you've built, transition to maintenance coaching, or advance to a more customized experience with our 121 coaching.

"Why only 15 people?"

Quality over quantity. Small groups allow for actual community, individual attention during calls, and ensure everyone shares similar backgrounds and commitment levels.

The Athlete in You Isn't Gone

You know what discipline looks like.

You've experienced what consistency feels like.

You understand what it takes to push through when things get hard.

Those qualities didn't disappear. They're dormant.

COVID disrupted everything. Career demands exploded. Family needed you.

And somewhere in managing all of that, you stopped showing up for yourself.

Four years later, you're still waiting to "find time" or "get motivated" or "figure it out."

But you already know the truth: motivation follows action, not the other way around.

The version of you that could handle anything? Still there.

You just need structure and accountability to reconnect.

That's what the next six weeks gives you.

The question isn't whether you can do this.

You already know you can.

The question is: will you?
